120. Amelia RATCLIFF was born after 1779. She inherited £300 from her father on 8 Jul 1800. The £300 her father left was to be invested until Amelia reached the age of 21. The interest earned was to be used towards Amelias upbringing. She was made Executor to the will of her sister, Susannah, on 11 Oct 1800. She inherited a share in her grandmothers property on 18 Sep 1802. Amelia's grandmother left her mother land and property in Langham. When her mother died this was to be split equally between Amelia and her sister, Susanna. Amelia was also to receive £50 from her grandmothers estate. She inherited a share of £300 from her sister, Susannah, on 5 May 1808. Amelia was to share £300 with her mother. They were also to divide all Susannah's personal estate between them. She inherited all her mothers clothing on 16 Jul 1823. A trust of £200 was also set up by her mothers executors and the interest was to be paid to Amelia during her lifetime. The principal sum was to be divided between any children Amelia may have had, when they reached 21 years. 1821: At the time of her mother writing her will Amelia and her husband, Timothy Mudd, were living in Cretingham, Suffolk.

She was married to Timothy MUDD between Oct 1800 and May 1808. Timothy MUDD was a Miller in 1821 in Cretingham, Suffolk. 11 Jul 1824: " Langham in Essex: A Rate made by the Churchwardens and Overseers and other principle inhabitants of the said parish for the ___ and maintenance of the poor and for Timothy Mudd one of the overseers at 2/6 in the pound."
Timothys' property was valued at £51, he paid rates of £4.10.0. He also had a piece of land called Bloomfields, valued at £6, rates due £0.15.0.
